Who we are
This website is operated by Quando Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Plot 11013, Disaneng, Maun, Botswana. You can contact us at info@quando.co.bw or on +267 73 422 090.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to type into our enquiry form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, sector, the service you are interested in, your site location, your message, and an optional link to project documents.
Our materials calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you choose to email them to us yourself.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation or arrange a site assessment. We do not use it for marketing.
How it is stored and shared
Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox and stored on this website by our contact-form plugin. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information may be handled by our website host in the course of running this site.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host and security systems may set essential cookies required for the site to work and to protect it from automated abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain a record of work discussed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@quando.co.bw and we will respond.
Changes
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page.
