Our story
From maintenance to four divisions
Established in 2014 and operating since 2015, Quando Holdings started as a building-maintenance company.
Maintenance work puts you inside other people’s buildings after the builders have gone. You see which details fail, which materials do not last in Botswana conditions, and which decisions were made to save money at handover and cost a fortune afterwards.
We used that to build outwards. Building, Civil and Electrical divisions were added to the original maintenance capability, and today Quando Holdings covers construction, civil works, electrical works, inspection and maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and full-scale remediation.
We are now positioned to support the mining and minerals sector — the operations, contractors, processing facilities, camps, workshops and offices that depend on reliable infrastructure.
