Who we are
A contractor that starts where most finish
Quando Holdings began in 2014 as a building-maintenance company. That is unusual, and it is the reason clients keep us on site.
Maintenance teaches you what fails, why it fails and what it costs to put right. We built our Building, Civil and Electrical divisions on top of that knowledge, so we construct facilities that are cheaper to keep — and we are still there to service them afterwards.

Keeping mine infrastructure working
Mines run on ordinary buildings — offices, workshops, warehouses, ablutions, camps — plus the roads, drainage and electrical installations that connect them. When that stock degrades, production feels it.
